Returns may be considered for unused products in original condition and packaging. Installed, damaged, modified or incomplete products may not be eligible.

Fitment Responsibility

Customers should confirm motorcycle compatibility before purchase. Brake calipers may require model-specific brackets, disc size compatibility and professional installation.

Inspection

Returned products must be inspected before any refund, replacement or store credit is approved. MONARX may request photos, order number and installation details.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees, custom-order parts, installed parts and products damaged by incorrect installation are generally not refundable.
